Job description

Actively promotes a work environment within the Operations Department that consistently delivers a World Class Experience while safely and efficiently operating plant equipment.

1. Transport aggregate and other materials at the plant site
2. Maintain cleanliness of plant site
3. Coordinate with plant operator to maintain proper levels of aggregates and other materials
4. Push up and rotate stockpiles daily for moisture consistency
5. Notify plant manager of equipment maintenance needs
6. Foster a supportive role towards Lauren Concrete's mission statement and core values
7. Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others
8. Perform all other related duties, as assigned

Qualifications

1. Report to work on time and on a regular basis
2. Represent Lauren Concrete professionally in various settings
3. Understand complex functions, procedures, and processes
4. Express oneself clearly and concisely
5. Accept responsibility for the quality and accuracy of personal work
6. One to three years of similar or related experience
7. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
8. Valid Texas driver’s license and a violation-free Department Motor Vehicle record, along with valid automobile liability insurance
9. Physical requirements include vision, speech/hearing, manual dexterity, and physical mobility
10. Proficiency in computer skills
