The successful candidate will operate heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other earthmoving equipment, to execute construction and infrastructure projects efficiently. This role requires a focus on precision, safety, and teamwork to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various types of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and backhoes, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure operational reliability.
• Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to achieve site objectives.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company regulations.
• Assist in site preparation, excavation, grading, and material movement tasks.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
• Collaborate with site engineers, foremen, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid equipment operator license or certification.
