Fabcon, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, is hiring in Charlestown, Indiana for a permanent full-time role. The shift runs 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Operate equipment safely to support the production of high-quality concrete products and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions with limited climate control and exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and vibrations.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs, walk, climb, bend, reach, and use hand tools with force.
• Ability to follow complex verbal instructions.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain professional conduct.
• Overtime availability when required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate machinery to support manufacturing of precast concrete products.
• Deliver materials to Production lines (wet concrete, fabricated steel, etc.) daily.
• Maintain clear communication between operators and production crews to provide exceptional service.
• Properly dispose of scrap materials throughout the day.
