Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator (Operations) to support water, wastewater, and utility projects in Bluff City, TN. You will operate equipment and vehicles for field tasks and assist with various crews on site.

A valid Class B CDL with air brake certification is required or preferred, with prior utility or field equipment operation experience. Local travel and outdoor work are expected.

Qualifications

Summary of Functions

The Equipment Operator (Operations) supports water, wastewater, and utility operations by operating equipment and vehicles for field projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate excavation, trenching, and lifting equipment.


• Assist with pipeline, water main, and wastewater system work.


• Perform daily inspections and maintenance of equipment.


• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to sites.


• Support crews in utility operations and emergency response.

Organizational Relationships

• Reports to Operations Supervisor.


• Works with utility and operations crews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• 2-4 years of utility or field equipment operation.


• CDL license preferred.


• Knowledge of water/wastewater systems a plus.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting up to 60 lbs and climbing.


• Prolonged equipment use in variable conditions.

Work Environment

• Outdoor utility and operations environments.


• Exposure to water, wastewater, and construction sites.

Travel

• Local travel for utility operations.
