Position Summary
The Equipment Operator III operates a variety of power construction equipment within New England states and assists utility construction crews in performing their duties.

Hiring Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
2. 5+ years of related experience and education.
3. Qualified by an approved and competent company operator on at least three pieces of equipment from the following (one piece per bullet):

• Telehandler/Compact Truck Loader/Front-End Loader
• Dozer/Grader
• Backhoe or <32k lbs. Excavator and all attachments

MA Hoisting license, or applicable state license.

Intermediate GPS capability.

Intermediate drawing interpretation skills.

Ability to read and write English.

Ability to pass written tasks and Operator Qualification tests when applicable.

OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company-provided online training).

Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screening.

Valid unrestricted Driver's License.
