Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator Assistant.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up equipment according to specifications and operate machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently.
• Maintain equipment through regular scheduled maintenance.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Accurately record daily production data and log all information into the Hagen system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Shift:

• Monday through Thursday; 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM

You Must Have:

• Preferred experience in a production environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Requirements Within This Position:

• Effective communication of accurate information.
• Ability to remain stationary and operate machinery regularly.
• Ability to handle products, including print materials.
• Frequent movement inside the facility.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25+ pounds.

We Would Also Prefer:

• High School Diploma or GED.

The hourly range for this position is $15 - $20, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. This range is part of Taylor's total compensation package.
