Pay Range

$28-$31 per hour

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as an equipment operator.
2. Certification or licensure to operate heavy equipment, as required.
3. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy machinery.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
5. Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
6. Strong problem-solving skills.
7. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
9. Reliable transportation.

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate heavy equipment such as 40-44K hydraulic excavators, 50-59K hydraulic excavators, front loaders, skid steers, compactors, and Lull forklifts.
2. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure good working condition.
3. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine work requirements.
4. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
5. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate activities.
6. Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
8. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
