Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Equipment Operator for the 3rd shift at our Lumberton, NJ location. You will safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to pick and move bulk merchandise, reading orders and locating items as specified.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work both independently and in a team. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Operate powered equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks).
• Read and interpret store orders including item location, descriptions, and quantity.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines.
• Commit to training for additional warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks) to pick and move bulk merchandise cases.

• Transfer cases to pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
• Perform preliminary safety checks on equipment before use.
• Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
• Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
