Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a 2nd Shift Equipment Operator at our North Mankato, MN facility. The role involves operating packaging, bindery and print production equipment, with set ups and cleanups, while following safety procedures to meet quality standards.

We offer Daily Pay and a competitive hourly range. The position runs Monday through Friday from 3:30pm to 11:30pm, with compensation dependent on experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and machinery used for processes such as packaging, bindery, finishing and print production
• Setups, adjustments and cleanups
• Operate equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
• Read and interprets work orders, blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, within quality guidelines and in a timely fashion
• Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 11:30pm

Your Responsibilities

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18 - 25. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
