Job summary

Taylor Corporation is hiring an Equipment Operator for the North Mankato, MN facility to operate printing press equipment and maintain quality standards.

The role requires reading ability, good math skills, and mechanical aptitude. You will perform routine maintenance, monitor outputs, and coordinate with the Production Team to meet deadlines. The 2nd shift runs Monday through Friday, 1:00pm–9:00pm, with compensation that includes a $1,000 new hire incentive and DailyPay availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment in accordance with job specs and quality standards.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.
• Check paper/cards for type, size, color and quantity; ensure correct materials.
• Visually inspect forms throughout run for quality to meet standards.
• Coordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs and meet deadlines; maintain safety compliance.
