• Advancement from Greensperson/Equipment Operator Level 1 or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License
• Knowledge of golf course maintenance techniques
• Knowledge of regulations regarding fertilizers and pesticides
• Skill in operating mowers, tractors, stick-edgers, weedeaters, back-pack blowers, chainsaws, and hand tools

• Use protective gear such as masks, goggles, and gloves
• Train Greensperson/Equipment Operator Level 1 as required
• Assist in bunker maintenance, irrigation, and spray tasks as directed
• Monitor for hot spots and disease, report issues
• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and maintain surrounding areas
• Fly mow bunker complexes, lake banks, and other areas
• Maintain sand traps and operate small equipment
• Remove trees, trim shrubs, and weed flower beds
• Maintain and sharpen mowing equipment
• Assist in overseeding greens and tees
• Inspect equipment before and after use, report malfunctions
• Ensure equipment is fueled and maintained
• Report damage or safety hazards
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Know guest services and local information to assist guests
• Complete Guest Problem Resolutions forms as needed
• Follow safety protocols and company policies
• Attend meetings and contribute suggestions
• Perform other duties as delegated
• Ability to kneel, crouch, squat, climb, crawl, stand, sit, reach, bend, push, pull, and walk for long periods
• Use tools requiring dexterity
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and noise levels
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Effective communication in English
• Exposure to hazards such as chemicals, dust, and noise
• No visible tattoos, body piercings, or unnatural hair colors per grooming standards
