Job summary

Overview

BHI Energy is currently looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator based at Sutton Steam Plant in Wilmington, NC. This is a local hire position and will not pay relocation fees. The role may require traveling to other plants for maintenance, with per-diem eligible when traveling away from the home base. We are hiring multiple positions based on experience level. The applicant must have at least 3 years of experience in heavy equipment operating. Dirt work experience is a plus, and the ability to read blueprints is preferred. Equipment to be operated includes bulldozers, excavators, front end loaders, vibratory rollers, skid steers, and mini excavators.
