Job summary

Cribley Materials LLC is hiring an Equipment Operator to support daily operations at our Waxahachie, TX aggregate facility. The role focuses on material handling, yard organization, and keeping equipment in good working order.

This is a long-term opportunity with growth as Cribley expands across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will operate loaders, trans-loaders, and skid steers, perform safety inspections, and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth material flow.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs regularly.
• Basic knowledge of industrial tools and maintenance.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders, trans-loaders, and skid steers.
• Offload railcars and assist with dispatching and weighing trucks.
• Perform daily equipment inspections for safety and reliability.

• Support general yard and operational needs as required

Requirements Must Have

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Nice to Have
