Job summary

Ethan Allen Global, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator to operate heavy equipment and move materials between locations, supporting production operations. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and physical task handling.

Responsibilities include moving chips with a skid steer, transporting chips in a tractor trailer to silos, performing basic equipment repairs, and occasional overtime in winter. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• Minimum one year experience operating equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work with the team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum one (1) year experience of operating equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to work effectively with other team members.
• Must be able to walk, stand, climb, crawl, and lift heavy objects.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21 to $25, depending on experience.
