Synagro is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate a range of heavy/agricultural equipment and perform loading, land application, and site-to-site travel. The role emphasizes safety, maintenance, and reliable operations across multiple sites.

You will also serve as a brand ambassador, conduct daily equipment inspections, and maintain records to support operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid Drivers' License.
• Minimum 2 years of project work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years commercial driving/heavy or agricultural equipment experience preferred.
• Safe driving record: No serious tickets or accidents in last 5 years or DWI/DUI in last 10 years.

• Travel from job site to job site or plant to job site. May involve overnight travel
• Clean bio-solids or lime residuals off equipment before leaving the field or work site

• Perform shop clean up and clean tools and equipment as required

JOB SUMMARY

The Equipment Operator performs various project work which requires safely operating vehicles and a variety of heavy/agricultural equipment that may include but not limited to; front end loader, belt press, centrifuge, dredger, spreader box, excavator, terragator, and road tractor.
