Job description

Job Opportunity: Equipment Operator

Compensation: $20-24/hr.++ depending on your cementing/oilfield experience, plus bonuses and tremendous 1.5 OT pay. $25 per diem.

With OT and bonus opportunities, you can potentially earn over $100K/year (even starting out) and enjoy approximately one-third of the year off with your family.

Operators can easily work 100+ hours per week, as the clock runs 24/7 while on location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
• Ensure individual and crew work safety.
• Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down times.
• Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
