Job summary

Commercial Metals Company in Spartanburg, South Carolina, is hiring for a position within their manufacturing environment. This role involves maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Applicants should have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably some experience in recycling or manufacturing. CMC offers training opportunities and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in recycling and/or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous experience operating forklift, skid steer, loader or similar equipment.
• Prior knowledge of metal identification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition.
• Operates production equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Participates in the CMC Safety Programs.
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

What You'll Do

• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows safety regulations
