Job summary

The Bartley Corporation is seeking an experienced backhoe operator or excavation operator to join their residential excavation department or commercial concrete division. The role requires expertise in operating heavy equipment, including backhoes and skid loaders.

Job description

The Bartley Corporation has an immediate opening for an experienced backhoe operator and/or excavation operator (heavy equipment). Selected candidate will work within Bartley’s residential excavation department or commercial concrete division depending on candidate’s skill set.

Required Skills

• Must have experience operating a backhoe and digging for concrete footings.
• Ability to dig foundations, operate a skid loader, mini excavator, track hoe, track loader and forklift is preferred.
• Read construction plans and accurately operate a laser.
• Class B or Class A driver’s license is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience with concrete footings/walls is also a plus.
