Job summary

Decca Consulting in Indiana is seeking a reliable Warehouse Equipment Operator to support daily warehouse operations. The role requires hands-on experience operating Cherry Picker, Swing Reach, Stand-Up Forklift, and Sit-Down Forklift, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

You will work Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, and may cover additional duties such as order picking, load auditing, pallet wrapping, cycle counting, and housekeeping to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Certified and experienced in operating Cherry Picker, Swing Reach, Stand-Up Forklift, and Sit-Down Forklift.
• Previous industrial warehouse equipment experience.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and flexing across multiple warehouse functions based on operational demands, workload fluctuations, and coverage needs.
