Job summary

Reworld is hiring an Equipment Operator to safely process inbound materials using forklift, track hoe, skid steer and other industrial equipment. You will weigh, label and unload containers, and help keep tipping floors organized and efficient.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of equipment operation experience and the ability to work rotating shifts outdoors in various weather. We offer competitive base pay with day-one benefits including health insurance, PTO and a retirement savings plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial equipment.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound materials using industrial equipment.
• Weigh, unpack and label containers as needed.
• Safely operate equipment to consolidate dumped refuse on tipping floor.
• Maintain housekeeping across facilities and work areas.
• Assist facility mechanics with equipment repairs.
• Exterior site maintenance (litter collection, snow/ice prevention) as needed.
