About the Role

As an Equipment Operator with Texas Best Block, your responsibilities include:

• Safely operate and maintain sophisticated, computerized manufacturing machinery.
• Report necessary information to the Plant Manager.
• Use equipment and tools according to manufacturing specifications.
• Take measurements to monitor process quality.
• Perform machine maintenance and setup.
• Clean machinery and operate a forklift.
• Perform general labor tasks as needed.
• Palletize and package concrete products.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Offer may require passing a drug test and physical exam.
