Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our 2nd shift production team. In this role, you will operate printing equipment, monitor product quality, perform routine equipment maintenance, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications, quality standards, and established procedures.

Your Shift: 2nd Shift Monday – Thursday, 3:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.

You Must Have:

• Ability to set and adjust equipment mechanisms to required tolerances.
• Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with production equipment.
• Ability to read and understand job instructions, specifications, and procedures.

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operate machinery and handle products, including printed materials.
• Frequently required to move throughout the facility.
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds through lifting, pushing, pulling, and/or carrying.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
