Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Equipment Operators for projects located in and around Monticello, IN. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $23-24/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Cleaning and PreparingConstruction Sites
• Loading and UnloadingBuilding Materials and Equipment
• Operating Hand and Power Tools
• Digging Trenches, Backfilling Holes, and Compacting Earth in Preparation for Construction
• Operating and Controlling Heavy Duty Equipment and Machinery like Excavators, Bulldozers, Skid Steers, Haul Trucks, Dump Trucks and Other Earth Moving Equipment
• Complete Daily PreventativeMaintenance on Equipment
• Laying Pipe and Repairing Water Leaks
• Building or Taking Apart Bracing, Barricades, Forms, Scaffolding, and other Structures
• Assisting VAC Truck Operators

Requirements:

• • Proficient in Operatingand Controlling Heavy Duty Equipment and Machinery like Excavators, Bulldozers, Skid Steers, Haul Trucks, Dump Trucks and Other Earth Moving Equipment
  • Able to Follow Construction Plans, Blueprints, and Instructions Provided by Co-Workers
  • Able to Lift, Push, Pull, and Carry 50-75 Pound Objects while Walking on UnevenTerrain
  • General Construction Experience
  • Knowledge and Experience with Earth-Moving Equipment
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and as a Team
  • Pipelaying Experience is Preferred
