Job summary

EMR USA Metal Recycling is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our Becker, MN facility. You will operate bobcats and mini excavators, identify and sort metals, and process material with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

This full-time, year-round position offers a starting pay of $24+ per hour, plus overtime, with benefits including health and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO and holidays, and employer-paid vision and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating equipment is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

About the Opportunity

As an Equipment Operator at EMR, you’ll support our NEW warehouse facility in Becker, MN and help grow our operations. You’ll operate bobcats and mini excavators, identify and sort metals, and process material. You’ll also maintain a strong focus on safe, efficient production and proper equipment upkeep.
