Job summary

WFA Staffing Group is seeking an Equipment Operator to join the Milwaukee/Kewaskum area team. You will operate heavy equipment and assist the Location Manager with daily operations, ensuring a safe, efficient job site.

The role requires dependable experience with cranes, forklifts, loaders, and welding/fabrication tasks, along with general labor duties and site upkeep. This is a full-time, on-site position in Milwaukee area.

Qualifications

• Dependable and experienced Equipment Operator.
• Experience operating cranes, loaders, mobile shears, and forklifts.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment including cranes, loaders, mobile shears, and forklifts.
• Load, unload, move, and process materials.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Assist the Location Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Perform general labor duties outside of equipment operation.

Starting Pay: $27.00/hour
Pay Range: Up to $30.00/hour with maintenance and welding experience
