Public Works Department-Equipment Operator

The Morgan County Board of Commissioners is accepting applications for an Equipment Operator. Position requires skill in operating a tractor-powered bush hog to mow roadsides and operating a side-arm boom mower to clear areas unreachable with a regular bush hog. Other duties include patching potholes, laying and cleaning pipes, clearing rights-of-way with a chainsaw, and performing other duties as assigned. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.

The starting salary will be $19.62 per hour ($40,816.78 annually).
