Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. in Lithia Springs, GA seeks a full-time Equipment Operator to move and position construction materials using forklifts, telehandlers, loaders, and other heavy machinery.

You will inspect equipment daily, assist loading/unloading, and help keep sites safe and compliant with OSHA standards. Requirements include a valid forklift certification, 3 years of relevant experience, ability to read blueprints, and a willingness to pass background and MVR checks.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification and/or heavy machinery operator license.
• 3 years' experience operating forklifts, tele handlers, and other construction equipment in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Previous experience working on electrical data center projects - is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety and equipment operation standards.
• Ability to read and follow site maps, blueprints, and material handling instructions.
• Ability to lift various heavy material weights and work in varying environmental conditions.
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check.
