Job summary

Taylor Corporation in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our printing press team. You will perform setup, operate equipment, perform routine maintenance, and ensure quality with attention to detail.

This full-time role requires accuracy, the ability to read job specs, and good communication with the Production Team. Shift is 6:00am–2:00pm, Monday–Friday, with benefits available from day one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment in compliance with job specs and quality standards.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment.
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
• Check paper type, size, color and quantity.
• Check plates for correct format.
• Visually inspect forms for quality.
• Coordinate with Production Team to prioritize jobs and meet deadlines.
• Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment.
