Apple Valley Recycling Center in Hagerstown, MD is seeking an Equipment Operator to join a growing, hands-on team. You will operate loaders, excavators, compactors, and trucks to support waste collection, transport, and site remediation with safety as a priority.

Job Description

The Equipment Operator plays a critical role in the efficient and safe operation of heavy machinery used in waste management, remediation, and administrative support services. This position is responsible for operating various types of equipment such as loaders, excavators, compactors, and trucks to facilitate the collection, transportation, and disposal of waste materials. The operator ensures that all equipment is maintained in optimal working condition and adheres to safety protocols to prevent accidents and environmental hazards.
