Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking an experienced engineer to lead and support daily operational engineering activities ensuring safe, efficient plant performance.

You will analyze processes, equipment, and production data to identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives while upholding regulatory and safety standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support daily operational engineering activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance

• Support project planning and execution, including upgrades, modifications, and capital improvements

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $47.35 to $47.35 per hour
