Job summary

NRI is seeking an Equipment Operator to assist in order picking, let downs, replenishment, and supporting all departments. You will work with products for active lifestyle brands and help keep operations running smoothly.

Role requires 3+ months forklift experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to safety standards. Competitive starting pay and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm at Fontana, CA.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on stand-up reach and/cherry picker.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• This position requires a clean driving record.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk/stand for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and tolerate dust, noise, heat/cold.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, order picker, reach truck, and electric pallet-jacks.
• Handle receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting.
• Follow NRI safety rules, procedures, and SOPs.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.

As an Equipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team by assisting in order picking, let downs, replenishment and supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

All About You

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting along with other general warehouse duties
• FollowingNRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
