As an Equipment Operator in the Water Pumping Program, you will be instrumental in delivering pumping equipment to agricultural producers in the peace region of the province. Your primary responsibilities will include allocating and delivering equipment for the Water Pumping Program, conducting routine maintenance checks, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of all operations. The role demands precision and adherence to strict safety standards to effectively manage and mitigate risks associated with commercial driving and towing.

Minimum Requirement for this Role:
Some high school education plus one year experience in the operation of preventative maintenance and routine servicing of medium industrial/agricultural equipment related to the position assignment and/or experience with driving and towing with medium transport vehicles; or equivalent as described below.
Equivalency: Additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of education on a one-for-one basis.

This position covers the peace agricultural region of Alberta. It is currently located in Fairview but may be relocated to another location within the peace region.
This role is a temporary, casual position expected to run for six (6) months:
