Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Equipment Operators for projects located in Durham, NC . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $22-26/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an Equipment Operator eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Manage landscaping contracts and daily operations

• Design install and maintain annual beds turf trees and shrubs

• Apply commercial pesticides and fertilizers handle pest and disease control

• Perform equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs

• Conduct routine litter pickups and maintain campus aesthetics

• Operate heavy machinery mowers tractors etc.

• Perform seasonal tasks like snow removal and power washing

• Maintain inventory and storerooms manage work orders using digital systems

Requirements

• Attend landscaping seminars and complete mandatory training

• NC ornamental and Turf Pest Control Certification
