A leading construction company is seeking an Equipment Operator to manage various construction equipment for projects in Dallas. The role involves operating machinery, scheduling deliveries, ensuring equipment maintenance, and adhering to safety protocols. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of operating experience, valid certifications, and strong problem-solving skills.
Position Description: Operate power construction equipment to facilitate scope of work required on project.

Performance requires physical ability to navigate work areas under construction, climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, and climb ladders, along with the following: Constantly: Sitting, bending/twisting neck, bending at waist (forward & sideways, climbing, repetitive motion, hand/wrist flexion extension, and noise/dust/chemical exposures. Frequently: Standing, walking, combined standing/walking, lifting/lowering/carrying weights up to 50 lbs., reaching above and below shoulder height, and balancing. Occasionally: Lifting/lowering/carrying weights over 50 lbs., pushing/pulling, squatting, kneeling, crawling, confined space hazards, and working on heights.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and risk of electric shock.
