Southland Holdings in Cape Coral, Florida, is accepting resumes for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. You will operate excavators and other heavy equipment, report to site supervisors, and help ensure safe, efficient job sites.

Requirements include CDL Class B, 3+ years of experience, and the ability to pass background and drug tests; safety certifications are preferred and dependability is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Ability to demonstrate how to operate but not limited to Excavators & General Operators (Skid Steer, Loader, Forklift Roller).
• Applicant must be able to come to work on time daily and drive the assigned equipment in a legal, efficient, and, above all else, safe manner
• Preform pre-trip and post trip daily-multiple locations.
• Applicant must also be able to transport material to the job site without supervision and assess dump sites to determine if it is safe for the truck to get in and out of the unloading area safely and without difficulty

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience (Required)
• CDL Class B (Required)
• Safety training certification (Preferred)
• OSHA 10 (Preferred)
