Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry-related experience in managing mining & construction equipment.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Hands-on experience with maintenance and repair of rolling stock.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance improvement programs for the mobile equipment fleet.
• Perform maintenance audits for construction and aggregate lines.
• Implement proactive maintenance practices to optimize performance.
• Establish PM standards and ensure adherence.
• Maximize Oil Analysis Program and address equipment issues.
