QXO is seeking an Equipment Mechanic II to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment. The role supports operational and customer needs through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and repair services with safety at the forefront.

The ideal candidate brings mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, the ability to read schematics, and experience with diagnostic tools. This is a shop/field-based role requiring travel and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience reading and interpreting schematics, manuals, and repair docs.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment.
• Inspect, service, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Remove, repair, reinstall, and adjust components.
• Maintain repair documentation and work orders.
• Provide field service support and customer communication.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with team and operations to improve efficiency.
