Shift: Monday - Friday, 3pm to 11pm plus mandatory overtime as required

$3000 retention bonus [ $500 at 90 days, $1000 at 6 months, and $1500 at 1 year]

Job Summary

Perform mechanical and electrical duties to maintain production equipment and facilities, following work requests, procedures, and instructions. Maintain records related to safety, quality, productivity, and maintenance.

Core Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot industrial machinery: electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC systems.
• Repair equipment promptly by replacing defective parts and adjusting mechanisms.
• Dismantle and reassemble machines, read and interpret drawings and manuals.
• Use measuring devices and inspections to ensure quality and conformity.
• Repair or install motors, switches, relays, and control circuits.
• Operate tools and equipment for maintenance and setup.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Handle piping and metalwork, including cutting, welding, and sealing.
• Report safety issues and assist in training others.

Qualifying Experience

• Associate’s degree in technical discipline or 8,000-hour apprenticeship certificate.
• Two+ years of experience as a mechanic or helper.
• Or equivalent education and experience.
