Job summary

White Cap is hiring a Service Technician I in Houston, TX. You will support basic customer and warranty repairs, document repair data, and assist with inspections for preventive maintenance.

You will diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems, help select parts, and use diagnostic tools and laptops to complete repairs. Entry-level position with 0–2 years experience expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to document repairs with photos or notes and record parts and procedures.
• Must assist with inspections and preventive maintenance on construction equipment.
• Must be able to diagnose electrical, hydraulic, diesel and gasoline engine issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hydraulics and diesel engines.
• Vocational or Technical training preferred.
• Experience with small engine repair.
