Garmin is seeking a full-time Material Handler - Equipment (1st Shift) for its U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area.

The role involves operating material handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count material accurately while maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Responsibilities include managing inventory, pulling and auditing material for Kanban and orders, processing material withdrawals, and using KiSoft/Oracle to transact stock.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Dexterity and eye coordination.
• Must possess previous equipment related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds with safe lifting techniques.
• Ability to operate equipment rated for operators 300 pounds or less.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack and count material with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform transactions.
• Follow safety standards and Garmin procedures.
• Perform cycle counts and handle inbound/outbound material.
• Use KiSoft or Oracle to record transactions and locate inventory.
