Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. is hiring for forklift operators at our Lockbourne, OH location during a Hiring Event. Must have experience operating Reach Truck, Stand-Up Forklift, or Walkie Rider; 1st or 2nd shift options available.

Pay ranges from $20.00–$20.50 for first shift and $21.50–$22.00 for second shift. In-person interviews 9am–1pm at 1533 Rohr Road. Candidates should be able to case pick, lift up to 50 pounds, pass a pre-employment drug test and background check, and work in a cold storage

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience operating Reach Truck, Stand-Up Forklift, or Walkie Rider.
• Must be able to case pick and lift heavy objects repeatedly during the entire shift (up to 50 pounds).
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Forklift Hiring Event on 10/13/2026 and 10/15/2026

Location: Apply in person at 1533 Rohr Road Lockbourne, OH from 9am to 1pm.

Position: Must have previous experience operating Reach Truck, Stand-Up Forklift, or Walkie Rider.

Hours: Monday- Friday

Shifts: 1st or 2nd shift

Pay: $20.00 to $20.50 for first shift

$21.50 to $22.00 an hour for 2nd shift

Physical & Mental Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee requires the ability to:

Hear, read and comprehend, write, and communicate

• Continuously sit, type, and perform repetitive wrist motion
• Occasionally stand, walk, bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn or reach
• Working in a Cold Storage Warehouse.
• Focus (with or without corrective lenses) to see close and distant, along with depth perception capabilities
• Moderate overtime and occasional weekend work
• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently entire shift
• Work various shifts on short notice
• Spend 95% of time on warehouse floor in fast-paced environment
