N Shift - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday 6PM-6AM

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform reactive and planned preventative maintenance on our production support equipment. This includes maintaining gas cabinets, chemical delivery modules, and various abatement systems.

Job Duties

  1. Perform scheduled maintenance in coordination with the production team.
  2. Complete maintenance tasks according to procedures and standards, adhering to best practices.
  3. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections, recording findings using the computer maintenance management system.
  4. Report potential system improvements to foster continuous improvement.
  5. Focus on identifying root causes of system failures to resolve issues effectively.

Ideal Candidate

  1. Experience in HVAC, Industrial Gas, Chemical, or Oil industries is a plus.
  2. Strong background in Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance.
  3. Experience with CMMS.
  4. Knowledge of PLC systems and backups.
  5. Understanding of Instrumentation, controls, electrical components, and safety systems.
  6. Knowledge of pneumatic systems and schematics.
  7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly to operational changes.
  8. Attention to detail and familiarity with Engineering Change Order Procedures.
  9. Experience with equipment from Praxair, Edwards, Airguard, DAS, Ebara, or Air Liquide is advantageous.

Requirements

  1. Associate degree in Automation, Electronics, HVAC, or equivalent experience.

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods, wear cleanroom attire, handle small tools, lift up to 50 lbs, and work safely with hazardous materials. Visual acuity, decision-making, communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

The estimated hourly rate is $28.00 - $34.00 plus shift differentials, based on experience and qualifications.
