ON Semiconductor in East Fishkill, NY, invites skilled Equipment/Maintenance Technicians to join our 300mm fab. You will sustain and run the fab floor, focusing on resolving equipment and process issues in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Positions are 12-hour shifts on a compressed week, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over four quarters. We welcome motivated problem-solvers to contribute to automotive and industrial end-markets.

Job description

Onsemi EFK is seeking highly skilled and motivated technicians to become part of our state of the art 300mm factory in East Fishkill, New York. Equipment/Maintenance Technicians sustain and run the fab floor with primary responsibility of resolving equipment and process issues. Technician positions are shift positions working a compressed week of 12-hour shifts. Onsemi is a 24/7 manufacturing facility providing technician support across all shifts.

Day Shift 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday, 6:30 AM-7:00 PM

Sign-on bonus: $5,000

Sign-On Bonus: Subject to your commencing employment with us, you will also be eligible to receive a sign-on award in the gross amount of $5,000, which will be paid in 4 quarterly payments of $1,250 each (subject to applicable taxes and payroll deductions). The first payment is payable within the first 30 days of you joining onsemi and quarterly thereafter for 3 additional payments. You must be an active employee with onsemi to receive these sign-on awards. In addition, if your employment is terminated with onsemi for any reason, the sign-on award(s) received as of the date of your termination do not need to be repaid to onsemi
