Firefly Aerospace is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician II for the 2nd Shift. The role focuses on maintaining electromechanical production equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience and the ability to manage emergencies effectively. SUMMARY
The 2nd Shift Equipment Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining and supporting a variety of electromechanical production equipment. This position is essential for ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and reliably, contributing to the overall productivity of the facility. We are looking for a technician who can field stakeholder inquiries and concerns and meet them with timely and quality resolutions. The Technician will perform repairs and maintenance as needed. They will have the support of our internal facilities department and contractors. The 2 nd Shift Equipment Maintenance Technician will serve as a first responder to end users/steak holder needs and assess how best to handle them. The 2nd Shift Equipment Maintenance Technician will assist the 2 nd Shift Facilities Technician as needed for emergency facility’s needs, facilities PM support, HVAC support, and electrical support as needed.
