Accelera is seeking a Field Equipment Technician in Salt Lake City, UT, to service restoration and cleaning machinery, including air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and engine-driven units. The role focuses on maintenance, diagnostics, and repair to ensure peak performance for high-quality client service.

You will diagnose mechanical issues, use manuals and tools, manage repair workflows, provide repair estimates, and coordinate parts while maintaining safety and productivity in a fast-paced field

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of hands-on repair experience in small engines, automotive, or industrial equipment.
• Possession of a personal set of basic mechanic tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks regularly.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on precision and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues in 2, 3, and 4-cylinder gas engines and high-performance cleaning units.
• Utilize technical manuals and diagnostic tools to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Streamline service workflows by managing repair orders, scheduling appointments, and coordinating parts procurement.
• Provide transparent communication to customers regarding repair estimates and service timelines to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize shop productivity and maintain a high standard of equipment quality.
• Uphold a safe and organized work environment by adhering to rigorous safety protocols and equipment maintenance standards.
