Job summary

3D Systems Corporation is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and maintain diverse manufacturing equipment in a 4x10 onsite role in Littleton, CO. You will service blasting cabinets, wash tanks, PCAs, vacuums, and advanced 3D printing hardware to keep SLA/SLS/DMP printers running at peak performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, safety, and collaboration with engineers and technicians. Onsite schedule is 4 days Tue-Fri, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with machine maintenance.
  • Basic electrical systems understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced additive manufacturing equipment and critical support systems.
  • Keep safety front and center—follow all safety protocols and standards.
  • Work independently or with a tight-knit team, owning your area and taking initiative with minimal oversight.
  • Track and manage spare parts and consumables in your area.
  • Use CMMS software daily to log work, troubleshoot, and keep machines running at their best.
  • Collaborate across teams—work closely with engineers, techs, and managers to solve problems and keep equipment running.
  • Ensure all machines stay in top operational shape and downtime stays down.
  • Work hands-on with a wide range of advanced equipment, including 3D laser printers (SLA, SLS, DMP), rotary blowers, vacuum pumps, stress relief ovens, wire EDMs, blast cabinets, chillers and more.
  • Work Schedule: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, First Shift, Tuesday through Friday.

This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 4 days a week, Tuesday - Friday.

What You Will Bring


  • HS Diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with machine maintenance.

  • Basic electrical systems understanding, troubleshooting techniques, and safe hands‑on experience with industrial electrical equipment and control systems.


Preferred Experience


  • Official training in PLCs, mechanical, or electrical

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working within a manufacturing setting

  • Basic knowledge of 3D Printing and 3D laser Printers
