Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician 2 in Hillsboro, OR to perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment. The role includes entry of inspection and repair data, coordination with vendors, and upholding safety standards.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of machine maintenance experience, basic CNC and electrical knowledge, and be proficient with hand/power tools. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of machine maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CNC machines, air systems preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Good organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to read/understand English and complete paperwork.
• Forklift certification ability.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and unscheduled maintenance with oversight.
• Coordinate timely equipment repairs with outside vendors and order parts.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities in SAP.
• Operate forklifts and various maintenance tools.
• Observe safety procedures and use of lockout/tagout.
• Respond to on-call repair requests outside regular hours.
