STM in Southeast Wisconsin is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Kenosha. The role focuses on maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting our complex coating and converting machinery to keep production running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment, strong electrical and mechanical skills, and a practical approach to preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience with coating/converting equipment preferred.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs is a plus.
