Job summary

MLT Systems is seeking an Equipment Specialist to support the PdM ES program, including data analysis, provisioning, and logistics coordination at Marine Corps facilities in Albany, GA. The role requires handling sensitive government data and coordinating with multiple offices.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, plus a four‑year progression in defense analytics, with Marine Corps equipment familiarity and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with four (4) years of progressive experience in program analytics in a defense acquisitions program office or similar organization.
• Experience with Marine Corps equipment and processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, interpret, and develop equipment‑specific and supply chain information for PdM ES.
• Support provisioning actions and PTD using GEIA STD-0007C format and Catalyst.
• Support provisioning conferences and publication projects; identify actions to meet requirements.
• Participate in Systems Engineering Events and ECP reviews to capture logistics concerns.
• Develop and maintain inventory/shipment databases for GCSS‑MC; track Government Furnished Property.
