Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking an early-career logistics coordinator to support planning, coordination, and documentation for the delivery and installation of AEGIS-related equipment. You will manage equipment shipments, maintain critical databases, and ensure compliance with government requirements.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with logistics, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment to meet schedule

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Clearance.
• Proficiency with COS, EPDM and CPM databases.
• Microsoft Office proficiency to create and maintain reports in Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Ability to work within a team environment building effective relationships.
• Familiar with AEGIS equipment and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate timely delivery of all GFE and CFE equipment.
• Track equipment arrival and ensure schedule adherence to milestones.
• Create incoming equipment paperwork, pedigrees, SPTRMs, and barcode labels.
• Coordinate with Configuration Management to produce UID labels and DD250 paperwork.
• Assist installation and delivery planning to meet system operating schedules.
